Agreement

These terms govern your use of anomalygames.ai (the “Site”), operated by Anomaly Games Inc., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada (“Anomaly”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, don’t use the Site.

Scope

These terms cover this website only. Our games — including Pocket Knights and Don’t Die — and in-game items or rewards such as USDSC are separate offerings governed by their own terms on their own platforms. The wallet-linking service at wallets.anomalygames.io is likewise a separate service.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and code — belong to Anomaly or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content except as these terms allow. Assets published in our Media Kit may be used for press and editorial coverage of Anomaly; that’s what they’re there for.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

interfere with the Site’s operation or attempt to bypass its security or rate-limiting measures;
use automated means to scrape, flood, or abuse the Site or its forms;
use the Site for anything unlawful.

Wallet and NFT features

Parts of the Site let you connect a crypto wallet, link it to your Telegram account, and mint NFTs. If you use these features, you acknowledge and agree that:

Transactions are final. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot undo, refund, or modify a transaction once it is on-chain.
Your wallet is yours. We never take custody of your wallet, keys, or funds. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and for any transaction you sign.
NFTs are collectibles. NFTs minted through the Site are provided as-is, for fun. They are not an investment, and we make no promise that they have or will have any monetary value.
Third parties are involved. Wallet apps, WalletConnect, RPC providers, and the blockchains themselves are operated by third parties we don’t control. Their availability and behavior are outside our hands.
Features may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any wallet or minting feature at any time.
Taxes are on you. You are responsible for any taxes arising from your use of these features.

Third-party links

The Site links to external sites and services we don’t operate. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anomaly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or lost digital assets — arising from your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed CAD $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Anomaly against claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, with the effective date updated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
